I like this TV so far. The picture is incredible. I use the TV in my room to see movies and TV shows at night, so I have the darkest black, the Sharp is so good to think. Some people complain about load times for Blu-ray Disc, but I do not see the substantive issues with loading times.
The construction seems very solid. The base is made of solid metal if it does not seem fragile like the other TV I have with the plastic base. TV SwivelsFunction also … pretty cool.
The high-Blu-ray was important to my wife, for aesthetic reasons. As it is right at the top of the dresser, it was difficult to find a DVD anywhere else, if TV does not work well for this. No complaints here. I was a little worried about how "blue" was in this series at the bottom of the TV. It is not bad … barely perceptible. All you can see a little blue light. The photos on this site is like her paintingsblue … looks much smoother in real life.
There are plenty of inputs for everything you want to connect to these bad boys. It is also a good amount of customization. I do not like your "favorite channels". It has 4 buttons, but it has 4 switches for each of these buttons, you can total 16 favs. It is also easily between brightness and the appearance of photos with a click on the button.
I would definitely recommend.
EDIT:I was wrong … the blu ray foreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever takes to load! There is no need for regular DVDs, Blu-Ray, but will take about 5 minutes! It needs an update for them.

Impressed with this one from Sharp – Richard L. Glass II –
I did not take long, but I will say once again that the image / calibrate LCD combo, you will see that it really a good job. There are better screens … but you will pay more for them. Very good TV for the price. The Blu-ray is integrated and processing of data better than a stand-alone I tried that chip HVQ. If you reduce the price, then take it.
Sharp Picture, but Blu-ray DVD lags – S. Miller – Somis, CA USA
The picture quality is incredible. And I especially like the page "stretch" feature – it is a film and television as regular HD without much distortion. I do not think that any other brand that offers it. The only drawback is built in Blu-ray. It is comfortable, but. . . takes a long time to load, not to remember where you were when you STOP / EJECT and return later, and when you stop, the TV does not go automatically to the previous mode was, as the fallCable TV. But the picture is incredible. The blacks are really black and the colors are vibrant. I love this picture!
Perfect for what I needed – C. Burks – Dallas, TX
Looking for a combo TV / DVD player I have this TV on the 11th Hour. can play with a Blu-ray DVDs that, it was much better than what I was, at first glance. I wanted a TV for the bedroom, but do not want to buy and wire components, so it was a good option for the purification of all, since it was built in one.
After reading the reviews already on this site, I felt pretty confident that this TV would be for what I needed good, and so far I have not been disappointed. Allworks well and, as instructed. My gripes are that Blu-ray to load take a while, but this is the case with my TV room and even Blu-ray, so that just the nature of the beast. I have 3 stars only because the frame around the TV seems a little cheap and the super shiny look plastic-y, and all the little icons cheese land on which the front (SDR prints, Blu-ray, HDTV, etc.). In general, this type of thing would be on a sticker that you may peeloff, but here it is an integral part of the finish. The picture is not as nice as my Sony in the lounge, so my expectations were somewhat higher, but for what it is, its great!
The biggest attraction for me, besides the convenience of having in my media player and a TV, the Amazon service and pricing. Again I was very happy with fast shipping from Amazon (they hit their expected delivery a week), and white glove service (CEVA) is first class. YouPut the TV in your home in a small van (no bounce in large trucks or UPS Fed Ex) Unbox the TV, it has set up, test your remote control, you can test a movie, nine meters. Only if you have decided to keep a cool head with everything you need to sign the form and take off the guys. Try this kind of service anywhere else to get his impossible.
To the deal even sweeter, the free port and the purchase is tax free, saving a few hundred dollars when all is saidand ready. Highly recommended, and make sure that you buy at the store at Amazon, get all those benefits.
