Be aware if purchasing for use in U.S.A. – Randall Evers – Denver, CO
Make sure to purchase this product for use in the United States – our TV broke after 3 months and we can not be repaired because it is) is a multi-system (and non-US standard TV. Sony is only phone numbers for suppliers in Asia and said that do whatever they are, and the retailer is Amazon, CTV has been no help. I'm not even sure at this point if Sony does not honor the warranty because we are a system outside the United States – something that I do not think frankly, buy, even ifthe purchase of this multi-system TV. It looked like we are a brand new TV and a lot of money. Until the TV out was great – we loved the opportunity to our region 2 DVD's to watch on them. The image quality was good, and everything has worked out, but if anything there was an explosion and the TV was black and so we started many, many e-mails and phone calls to Sony and CTV. So be aware of this problem in view of a multi-system TV in the U.S.
