The TV was delivered by CEVA fairly quickly and without much incident. But when I opened the box, I found it was missing the stand. I called Samsung customer service said the man is heard anything about this problem and said he would send me a free, which should arrive in 7-10 days. Without a supporting wall, booth must be (safely) in force this TV Samsung was so happened I was a little worried because of it. But after 10 days I get nothing. I called again and theysaid there was no way for them to follow the ticket at all, they could only tell me if the part was delivered. I was getting into a kind of intrusive information, and was told basically that I should be grateful to receive a free game should – unless a party who has been in the box was! Overall, it took 3 weeks to get the part. And he does not even include the screws – I had to go to a DIY store to get something to get the message too.
This is horrible experience aside, this TV is phenomenal.Do not think you need 1080p or 120 Hz, especially on a 32 "set. 1080p content is reduced from the television to see great in 720p. I have this TV alongside another manufacturer 1080p 32" and Samsung has their hands after down better in every respect. The screen has excellent viewing angle, and a matte surface, which is less shiny than most other sets. Calibration is very extensive, but if you do not want to have fun, it looks good, with no illusions. The built-in TV tuner brings all myChannels. The remote is easy to use, even if it is not programmable in any way. The sound quality is good, because a set of integrated speakers. And after 6 months, I've had no hardware or technical problems, which is good because I was not the customer support line call.
I think my experience with the lack of progress is unique. But if you are prepared to do it with Samsung customer support for some frustration. This is a great TV / DVD combo. Were packed by the carrier. Easy installation. Supplied with attached stand. We install ourselves at the wall. We bought mount the Leopard "staples the Amazon has also considerable. Very safe and well. One thing I know about this television is its manual. You say you need 4 metric screws to the TV to the wall. This is true, it conversely, are the size of the manual is confusing. The TV was delivered by CEVA fairly quickly and without much incident. But when I opened the box, I found it was missing the stand. I called Samsung customer service said the man is heard anything about this problem and said he would send me a free, which should arrive in 7-10 days. Without a supporting wall, booth must be (safely) in force this TV Samsung was so happened I was a little worried because of it. But after 10 days I get nothing. I called again and theysaid there was no way for them to follow the ticket at all, they could only tell me if the part was delivered. I was getting into a kind of intrusive information, and was told basically that I should be grateful to receive a free game should – unless a party who has been in the box was! Overall, it took 3 weeks to get the part. And he does not even include the screws – I had to go to a DIY store to get something to get the message too.
